Worked in a high-volume labour ward with supervised management of antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and acute gynaecology admissions.

• Conducted normal vaginal deliveries, episiotomy and perineal repair, and active third-stage labour management.
• Applied and interpreted CTG findings and escalated non-reassuring fetal heart rate patterns.
• Triaged obstetric emergencies including haemorrhage, pre-eclampsia or eclampsia, cord prolapse, and PROM or PPROM.

Managed acute musculoskeletal trauma in emergency and ward settings with supervised examination, reduction support, and postoperative care.

• Performed focused orthopaedic assessments with neurovascular checks and detailed documentation.
• Applied POP casts, back slabs, and volar slabs, and assisted with closed fracture reduction.
• Scrubbed in for ORIF, K-wire fixation, intramedullary nailing, wound debridement, fasciotomy, and grafting.

Currently managing paediatric and neonatal inpatients, with attention to weight-based prescribing, fluid balance, and parent communication.

• Caring for bronchiolitis, pneumonia, gastroenteritis with dehydration, febrile seizures, neonatal jaundice, and failure to thrive.
• Performing bedside procedures including peripheral IV cannulation, venepuncture, blood cultures, and nasogastric tube insertion.
• Monitoring infants in special care nursery settings with phototherapy, bilirubin trends, feeding review, and strict fluid balance.

Co-developed a published reference resource translating medical terminology and clinical concepts for interpreters serving deaf and hard-of-hearing patients.
